Police motor skills for civilian riders

A Police Officer since 1997 and assigned to the Motorcycle Unit in 2005. Became a certified Motor Instructor in 2015 after attended both Northwestern Harley-Davidson Operator and Instructor courses. That combined with the department training adds up to over 200 hours of accumulated training.
He has certified and re-certified officers from Cleveland and the surrounding communities and competes in police rodeos. Not only is he a Motor Instructor but also is a state certified police driving instructor as well.


Martin Gray

  A Police Officer since 1995 and assigned to the Motorcycle Unit in 2009. Attended the Northwestern Harley-Davidson Operator course in 2016. That combined with the department training adds up to over 120 hours of accumulated training.


Charles Lipscomb​


  A Police Officer since 1997 and assigned to the Motorcycle Unit in 2006. Became a certified Motor Instructor in 2015 after attended both Northwestern Harley-Davidson Operator and Instructor courses. That combined with the department training adds up to over 200 hours of accumulated training.
